The first post-covid Wealth Management Without Boundaries event was held last night in the prestigious Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin’s city centre. Richard also discussed the favourable conditions of the Zero Tax Property vehicle where his clients have produced passive cashflow into their pensions by using their retirement accounts to purchase property. Rental Income and growth is Tax Free.
Damien Malone of Malone & Co. Accountants joined the seminar virtually and gave his outlook on the current landscape of taxation in Ireland. Ann Kelly from Malone & Co was on-hand to present and to field some questions from the audience.
